Philanthropy Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious trust and statutory fundraising professional to take the next step in their career as Philanthropy Manager (Trusts and Statutory).
Position: Philanthropy Manager (Trusts and Statutory)
Location: London EC1V (office based)
Hours: 35 hours per week – flexible working opportunities available
Salary: Circa £34,000 per annum (Including £3,299 per annum inner London weighting)
Contract: Fixed term contract for 18 months with the possibility of extension

This is an exciting time to join the organisation. This is the first year of implementing a new strategy with more focus than ever on the mission – to deliver relevant and insight-led support to those affected by stroke.
The Role
Focussing on funders with the potential to give upwards of £50,000 per annum, the Philanthropy Manager will cultivate, grow and steward a diverse portfolio of loyal and prospective trust and statutory funders. Building strong relationships both externally and internally will be a critical success factor in this role.
Reporting to the Senior Philanthropy Manager (Trusts and Statutory), the Philanthropy Manager will play a central role in the ambitious plans to significantly grow this income stream. You will need to have experience of navigating complex donor requirements and have the ability to be credible and persuasive at all levels.
About You
We’re looking for an experienced fundraising professional with a demonstrable track record of success. You’ll be an expert communicator and networker, with excellent analytical skills, tenacity and a passion for helping us achieve our vision for people affected by stroke.
