Part Time Accountant Flexible Hours - school hours available

This is a part time position in a small but growing practice. We work from lovely shared office space near the train station in Teddington. We are family friendly and happy to discuss flexible hours. We need a minimum of 16 hours but can offer up to 30 hours. The hours can either be worked as full days or part time during school hours.

Ideally looking for a qualified accountant (either ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with practice experience or experience working with a number of small businesses. Must have the confidence to direct own work and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities to include:

* reconciliation of ledgers using Xero and Quickbooks

* preparation of management accounts

* review of work performed by other members of the team

* preparation of statutory financial statements

* preparation of corporation tax returns and personal tax returns

There is scope for more hours if desired.
