Job scope
Reporting to HR Operations and Services Manager, you thrive for providing excellent employee experience to our employees. You provide expertise in the field of learning by curating learning content and designing learning experiences. You stay connected with the local and global L&D network and facilitate learning sessions.
You take ownership for the core HR Processes ensuring that our KPIs are met i.e. data quality and service delivery. You ensure data quality in learning management systems.

- Offer learning advice to our employees
- Facilitate sessions and workshops with different groups of people
- Own projects and deliver on them
- Provide exemplary internal customer service
- Driving the evolution of employee experience through continuous learning and career development
Who you are
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- HR qualification or equivalent
- Proven 3+ years’ experience in the field of HR and in the usage of different HR systems i.e. Workday, SAP
- Proven experience in facilitation of learning sessions/workshops
Desirable:
- Experience in the usage of different digital learning trends
- Experience in design learning
Knowledge, Skills & Personal Attributes
Essential:
- Demonstrated experience in designing and facilitating outcome-focused learning sessions
- Demonstrated experience in learning agility
- Strong organisational skills
- Basic process and project management skills
- Strong and professional service delivery skills with customer-oriented attitude
Desirable:
- Experience with coaching
- Strong access and excel skills
- Experience in managing full employee life cycle processes i.e. from onboarding to offboarding
