Upon successful completion of your qualification you will also be eligible for membership of the Association of Bid and Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).

  • Helping prepare the bid programme and setting key meeting dates for a new bid.
  • Participating in kick-off and progress meetings either in person or by conference call with bid team members.
  • Tracking bid progress against programme.
  • Participating in the handover of your winning bid to the delivery team.
  • Sourcing good evidence and case studies for a bid or extracting new material for the central store.
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Mentoring others on the bid process or how to use bid platforms like SharePoint.
  • Leading or contributing to bid improvement initiatives.
  • Managing the meeting calendar, setting up meetings as required by the bid programme.
  • Liaising with central Business Winning functions to procure timely bid writing/proposals and graphics support for designated bids.
