The Senior Candidate Manager vacancy is an ideal opportunity for someone with a recruitment background who enjoys managing the entire candidate lifecycle. There will be a heavy emphasis on temporary placements so a good grasp on the temp and contract recruitment process is required. 

You will work very closely with a Recruitment Resourcer to identify suitable candidates from around the world in the IT, eCommerce and digital marketing industries. Previous recruitment experience in these industries is a distinct advantage. 

We are offering part-time and flexible working options. School hours will be considered. The position is remote working but you must be able to come into our Kings Cross offices at least one / two days per week to meet with the Client Success Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Work very closely with the Client Success Manager to gather client requirements for candidates in the IT, eCommerce and digital marketing industries.
  • Brief recruitment resourcers on these requirements and oversee the quality of searches
  • Reach out to suitable candidates to gather interest and conduct video screenings to assess their appropriateness.
  • Ensure candidates are provided with the appropriate online assessment tools and are returned in a timely manner.
  • Run comprehensive reports using our online assessment and CRM tools and providing clients with a detailed analysis of candidate skills.
  • Provide the Client Success Manager with a shortlist of candidates that will be presented to the client. 
  • Use your own knowledge of candidate attraction to reach out to suitable candidates for vacancies.
  • Help plan events and other recruitment marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness.

Essential Requirements:

  • A recruitment background in an agency environment.
  • A good grasp on temporary or contract recruitment methods.
  • Experience in interviewing and assessing candidates.
  • Previous exposure using Bullhorn and LinkedIn Recruiter is a huge benefit. 
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Flexible in your approach to work because candidates will be spread across many different timezones.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Extremely organised and able to prioritise work according to urgency.
