We are searching for committed HR professionals to work in collaboration with a wide range of representatives across the Department to enable them through the effective partnership of our leaders to mentor and develop understanding of the people strategy enabling us to achieve its core aims and objectives.

Are you a natural influencer who enjoys having meaningful conversations? We would love someone to join us who can build rapport quickly with key people internally. You will enjoy influencing others, encouraging them to make the right decisions in line with the government and departmental strategy.

We collaborate often and are looking for someone who is a fantastic teammate. You will be experienced in providing guidance and robust recommendations to internal colleagues, where your exceptional engagement and relationship building skills will enable you to influence and challenge at all levels.

• Setting direction and shape of the core learning offer.
• Development and delivery of a senior leadership development offer.
• Acting as a senior learning and organisational design and development consultant on key projects.
• Building and evolving a learning and development community of practice.
