Our Risk Management Group in London is looking to hire a permanent Executive Assistant.

You will gain exposure across a wide variety of business activities while showcasing your positive, confident and proactive approach, as well as your exceptional time management skills.

Exercising good judgment and flexibility in approach, you will be proactively anticipating the needs of the business. As a problem solver who can multi-task, your additional understanding of the industry and its culture will help you better understand and support the team.

To be successful in this role you will be comfortable dealing with stakeholders of all levels and be proficient with the Microsoft suite. You will excel in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders, possess the ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple requests with competing proprieties, and lastly, you’ll be a collaborative team member with excellent verbal and written communication.

In this role you will be responsible for calendar management as well as onboarding new starters and processing leavers.  There will be a requirement to deal with technical issues as they arise, expense processing, invoicing and travel coordination. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other Executive Assistants and Executives across our Group globally.

Risk Management Group is an independent, centralised unit responsible for ensuring all risk across Macquarie are appropriately assessed and managed. Its divisions include Credit; Prudential, Capital and Markets; Market Risk; Operational Risk; Compliance; Quantitative Applications; and Internal Audit.
