We are seeking a talented individual to manage the procurement elements of our contracts; this is great opportunity for someone looking for an interesting and challenging role on a flexible part time basis working 22.5 hours per week; working pattern must meet business requirements, however we are open to discussion about how this might be achieved for the right candidate and their work-life balance. Maybe youve previously worked at a more senior level, or perhaps you are looking to advance your career; whichever, if you have the right skills, experience and share our values, then wed love to hear from you.

You will work in a small team as part of the large Finance directorate, this post will take responsibility for the implementation a Contract and Supplier Relationship Management Standard, creating the platform for Paradigm to be a more intelligent client to its suppliers, maximising the benefits of the relationship. Other duties will include strategic risk monitoring of our Business Critical Suppliers, operational management of the Groups utilities contracts, as well as supporting key procurement projects within the Development, Property and Facilities functions.

Ideally you will have the relevant experience and qualifications from a procurement or contract management role within the public or private sector. In addition, you will possess great communication skills; written and verbal, the ability to effectively lead a small team and will have a focus on continuous improvement. The role is primarily based at our offices in Wooburn Green, near High Wycombe, although you will be required to work from home during the current Covid restrictions.
