Our Business Development Team in London is currently recruiting a Business Development Manager who will assist L&Q in securing a suitable supply of developable land in line with our business plan. Reporting to the Head of Business Development for the region, you will be responsible for initiating, securing and progression of development opportunities.  

We are looking for a candidate with an excellent track record of successfully securing development opportunities for mixed-used development.   It is essential that you have demonstrable experience of development transactions, land assembly and residential development and have an extensive range of contacts.

You must be influential with excellent communications skills in order to develop and maintain successful relationships at a senior level with key stakeholders, partners and internal clients.  Strong negotiation expertise is essential.
