Our client is looking to recruit someone to work in their Digital Technology team to help support their colleagues across the UK make best use of SharePoint.

Position: SharePoint Support
Location: Flexible remote working
Salary: £23,966 - £26,808
Hours: Full time – 6 month fixed term contract

About the role:
As SharePoint Support you will be a key part of the team providing support and guidance to people throughout the whole organisation.
Promoting conservation and the protection of birds and the wider environment involves large amounts of documents, publications, scientific papers, etc. It is vital that this information is secure and properly organised.
The charity is in the process of moving their electronic document libraries to SharePoint Online and are also making greater use of Office365. You will Implement plans for the work area to ensure effective day to day operation and support, reviewing and monitoring service objectives and standards.
About you:
You will be an experienced SharePoint user or power user. You will need to be proficient in using and developing SharePoint as a document and records management system, as well as understanding how to use custom lists, workflows, the SharePoint Term Store and managing access permissions.
Experience using other features within Office365 would be an advantage as would experience any of the following: Sharegate, JSON, JSlink, SharePoint Designer.
We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and who has great communication skills as the role will involve working with colleagues by phone, Skype/Teams & email.
You will be working with the latest Microsoft technology and, as the products continue to evolve, you'll have the opportunity to keep learning and updating these skills.
Other roles you may have experience of could include: SharePoint Support Engineer, IT Support, SharePoint / O365 Specialist, Office 365 Support, SharePoint Administrator, Office 365 Support Analyst, SharePoint Support Consultant, Technical Support Engineer, Software Support, IT Support Engineer etc.
