As a Programme Officer, you will work in the London Development Team to monitor and manage agreed programmes of works to resolve complex and multifaceted defects on L&Q stock – i.e. Special Projects.  Reporting to the Head of Aftercare (Special Projects), this will involve working closely with the internal colleagues across the London Development Team to monitor agreed tasks and milestones and ensure that wider stakeholders are provided with regular updates and information regarding progress.  We will rely on you also to monitor team and project budgets, oversee payments and ensure L&Q is receiving best value for money. Compiling data and producing internal reports will be key to this role.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate these essential skills:

·       Experience of working in the built environment, building services or a similar field

·       Highly developed organisational, planning and project management skills

·       Highly developed data management and analytical skills

·       A commitment to providing high levels of customer satisfaction

·       A capability to succeed in a fast paced, target driven environment

·       Demonstrable collaboration and stakeholder management skills
