E-Commerce Coordinator

We're looking for an E-commerce Co-ordinator to join our client’s team. Their E-commerce channel provides a significant and fast-growing income stream that helps ensure there is enough money available for the charity’s ambitious conservation goals.

Our client is the largest wildlife conservation organisation in Europe with over one million members. They speak out for birds and wildlife, tackling the problems that threaten our environment.

Position: E-Commerce Coordinator

Location: Head office is Sandy, Bedfordshire, however the location can be entirely flexible as homeworking is available.

Salary: £21,718 to £24,293 per annum

Hours: Full time

Duration: Fixed Term 12-month maternity cover

About the role:

As Ecommerce Co-ordinator, you'll use your knowledge and skills to help to develop the business and deliver even more income for conservation. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining products and page content on the shop website and producing email content for the email marketing strategy.

You will strive to ensure the product range is presented as effectively as possible on the website and in email and ensure that products and content are launched on time. Working with the Ecommerce Digital Manager you will also have the opportunity to help evolve the website, with the aim of making it more customer-friendly and driving increased conversions.

About you:

To be successful in the role of E-Commerce Coordinator you will have significant professional experience within an ecommerce role, you will also bring with you the following skills and experience:

 

  • Knowledge of e-commerce, website content and technologies
  • Digital marketing knowledge eg SEO, PPC and email and Google Analytics
  • Proven record of managing multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Prioritisation and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office

 

Other role you may have experience of could include: E-Commerce Product Co-ordinator, Digital Marketing Specialist, SEO, PPC, Digital Marketing Coordinator, E-commerce Consultant, Ecommerce Trading Assistant, E-Commerce Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist etc.
