Our M&A team is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Associate to join our team in London.

Our Advisory and Capital Solutions team provides advisory and financing services, including M&A, Principal Investment and Leveraged Finance to private equity funds.  As an Associate in this team, you will have the opportunity to work across sectors including TMT, Software, Healthcare, Business Services and FIG.

You will work with the senior team to generate and execute opportunities, assisting them in all marketing and transaction execution activities with an emphasis on financial analysis. You will prepare financial models and pitch books for marketing and transaction execution purposes as well as model cash flows / financial projections to support transactions. You will also have the opportunity to attend relevant meetings and industry conferences.

You must have at least 3 years of relevant experience and an excellent academic record to be considered. You will be able to demonstrate your deal execution experience and be regarded as an outstanding performer amongst your peers. You will also have excellent financial modelling, valuation and presentation skills

If you have been working as an Associate in a leading investment bank, with demonstrable experience in structuring and documentation of transactions with both Financial Sponsors and Corporate clients, we want to hear from you.
