A natural organiser who brings calm efficiency to a fast paced environment ensuring that nothing gets missed while maintaining a happy welcoming environment. 

You’ll be working with ActionCOACH, the largest business coaching firm in the world in its new Stroud territory. You’ll play a key role in enrolling and supporting small to medium business owners into and through one of our most popular coaching and training programmes. 

Supporting the business owner/coach  deliver an exceptional service to clients and prospective clients is the primary focus of your role while also supporting the sales and marketing team. You will be trained fully in developing the business’ systems and marketing content. 

You have the ability to follow through to the nth degree, you are a self-starter, innovative, can be given the briefest of project briefs and deliver above expectations.  You have excellent communication skills, a positive mindset and love learning. 

Ideally educated to degree level, you will be verbally fluent, able to develop instant rapport with people and be extremely likable. You will ideally have a background in a business to business sales or marketing environment.  You are smart, hardworking, trustworthy, a trouble shooter and focused.  You must demonstrate professionalism, persistence and excellent communication skills over the phone and face to face.   

We are looking for a ‘roll up your sleeves’ ‘doer’ who is comfortable in an entrepreneurial, fast paced, tight team environment. The position is part time approximately 25 hours per week pro rata with some flexibility.

Salary: £20,000-£25,000 Full time Equivalent + Bonuses

OTE: £30,000-£35,000 Full time Equivalent year 1
