Your new team:

This role will play an important part in developing our corporate change team P3O (project, programme and portfolio office), and will report to the PMO Manager.

The corporate change team works across Nest with the PMO facility supporting corporate projects and programmes. This will be a highly demanding but equally rewarding position, within a friendly, supportive, experienced, and professional team. In exchange for hard work, a flexible and commercial attitude and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done, there will be ample opportunity to learn new, and hone your existing skills.


Your new role :

As a PMO Analyst, you will have experience of maintaining complex projects or portfolio plans using MS Project and experience with project tools.

Experience of working in a project office or P30, using structured methods.

You will have the ability to develop, prepare and improve a range of project documentation in appropriate formats to help stakeholders understand key aspects of the project or programme e.g. process maps, plans on a page, highlight reports, RAID reports and so on.

Plus, you’ll be ace at Excel/ Visio as well as experience at setting up and developing a PMO.

What you’ll need to succeed:

You’ll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

You will have a flexible & adaptable approach to work.

Education, qualification and professional membership requirements:

Qualification in Prince2, PMI, MSP, MoP, Agile (or other OGC/change management method) would be an advantage.

Good working knowledge of the MS product suite including Project, Excel and Visio.

Experience of Microsoft SharePoint, MS Teams and Project Server (desirable).

What you’ll get in return:

This is a permanent role with a salary of up to £43,000 per year plus benefits.

For internal candidates the salary will be determined based on experience – Nest Level B7.
