About the role
An excellent opportunity has arisen in our cosmetic/body repair business; this is an exciting opportunity which awaits a driven individual as our Group Bodyshop Operations Manager.
We have a great team of Bodyshop Development Managers which the Group Bodyshop Operations Manager will be responsible for, supporting and assisting in growing the businesses even further and making sure standards are being adhered to across all businesses. In addition to this, you will have regular contact with our vehicle manufacturers, our suppliers and Sytner Drive partner (Auxillis).
About you
We are looking for an individual who can continue to build our body/cosmetic repair teams, alongside exploring new technologies and revenue streams, to help maximise and grow our Aftersales Profitability.
The individual should be an expert in the field of body/cosmetic repair, be able to support and develop our current teams and have the drive to maximise our cosmetic/body repair opportunities.
The successful candidate will be reporting into our Group Aftersales Director.
