Benefits Manager EMEA
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and enthusiastic Benefits Manager to join our HR Benefits team in London. You will manage the annual renewal of benefits across the UK and EMEA including vendor management and administration. You will be the subject matter expert for UK pension and implement any changes required from legislation. You will work with the wider Country HR Managers to assist with the analysis of country specific market benchmarking to identify new opportunities or enhancements, as well as setting up new benefits across the region, including onboarding new suppliers, working with internal stakeholders and communicating to employees across the EMEA.
You will have previous experience working in a similar benefits role, preferably having dealt with continental European locations as well as the UK. You will have advanced excel skills, and strong attention to detail. You are a fast learner and have the confidence and drive to take ownership of a range of projects. You will be resourceful and pro-active with the ability to work as part of a collaborative team as well as being able to forge strong relationships with external suppliers as well as internal employees across all levels of the group.
If you are an enthusiastic team player, with a flexible work approach and desire to succeed, we would love to hear from you.
