“Reporting and Performance Team – Service are responsible for the delivery of operational reporting and understanding how KPIs interact with one another. We ensure that whilst sales performance is improving, efficiency goals are met, all while following regulation standards – we monitor performance, conduct studies to gather information on how performance can be improved, and recommend changes to support it” – Head of Reporting and Performance

What you’ll do:

– Understand business needs. Gathering new & existing requirements, considerations and sign-off from stakeholders
– Make clear, pragmatic and manageable project plans for Service delivery
– Oversight and quality assurance of project deliverables produced by the team ensuring that they are high quality and meeting stakeholders and delivery partners expectations
– Build relationships with your stakeholders that allow you to influence, challenge and fully understand the vision for their area of the business and how the team contributes to the delivery of that vision
– Responsible for ensuring operational stakeholders and their teams understand what’s available. Take the lead on organising and delivering all briefings and comms.
– Problem identification / root cause analysis

What you’ll bring:

– Expert Excel knowledge essential, including but not limited to advanced formulas, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA & strong working knowledge of Microsoft Access
– Ability to utilise Excel to interrogate large volumes of data, be able to articulate benefits and make recommendations.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills bringing a creative approach to solution finding
– Be able to work under pressure across multiple workstreams simultaneously
– Be able to programme manage large, high profile pieces of work, and communicate updates regularly.
– Ability to articulate themselves through written and verbal communication with confidence
