An excellent opportunity has arisen for self-motivated and highly organised individual in the role of Treasury Analyst – Back Office. 

Reporting to the Treasury manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

·       Updating and maintaining banking systems and other excel records

·       Administering banking confirmations and liaising directly with banking partners regarding our current revolver deals

·       Maintaining integrity of the TMS by performing daily bank reconciliations and other ad hoc TMS processes

·       Inputting payments into the banking system for interest and principle repayments

·       Maintaining segregation of duties across the company by administering urgent company payments and company cards

·       Ad hoc reporting where required

·       Primary contact for any queries in relation to the above. 

As well as the above, you will have the opportunity to gain additional experience and knowledge of the Treasury team as you will provide cover for other team members. These duties cover everything from trading to payments. You will also be part of a close knit, motivated and high performing team.

You will need to have the following skills and experience for this role:
 

•           Experience of working in a financial environment and preferably

              treasury

•           Excellent numerical skills

•           Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels

•           Collaborative attitude

•           Excellent attention to detail

•           Be able to problem solve and find solutions to issues

•           Be able to plan and prioritise work and to work to tight deadlines

•           Have previous experience in financial systems and Basic to Intermediate Excel skills
