Do you want to join one of the UK’s leading Housing and care providers and play a key role in our Business Information & Data Analytics Team?  Do you have a vision on how information can be leveraged to drive better business outcomes? Are you an experienced analytics leader who has led analytics teams to deliver ad-hoc analysis as well as drive delivery of both standardised report suites / dashboards and self-serve capabilities for the business?

You will report into the Head of BI & Data Analytics and have responsibility for leading a team of information analysts to drive forward on our journey in becoming a more data-driven organisation. You will engage with the business teams and raise their data literacy and embed use of information within the business.  You will work with all the business areas to socialise the art of the possible and manage the demand from the business and work collaboratively with the other data and technology teams to deliver the trusted information at pace.

You will have an enquiring mind and will be confident in being able to deal with key stakeholders within the business. This role would suit an individual who is keen to drive the culture change and is passionate in enabling the organisation to extract value from our information assets.

To succeed in this position, you should have:

·       Extensive experience as a Business Intelligence and Analytics Specialist

·       Team building and team leading experience

·       Strong engagement and stakeholder management skills

·       Proven quantitative, analytical and problem-solving capabilities

·       Project management and familiarity with agile methods

·       Strong communication skills and an ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms

·       Storytelling, reporting and data visualisations tools expertise - Microsoft PowerBI

·       Presentation and report writing skills to produce outputs for senior stakeholders
