Now is the time to start your career in care!
At Marbrook we have opportunities for Night Support Workers who care; who can demonstrate empathy and passion; and who can enable our residents to have real choice and control over their futures. At this particular moment in time, we all need to pull together as a community and our residents, and their families need you more than ever in these tough times.
You don’t need any qualifications or previous work experience, whatever your background, with our training and support we can build on your transferable skills. What’s really important is your values and attitude towards working with our residents match ours.
All you need is to show a strong work ethic and have good communication skills, and in return you will be valued and encouraged to develop your skills further through our commitment to training and support. Our residents will value you, your team mates will value you, and you won’t look back. Our management team are open, appreciative and considerate and we are not like the big corporate care companies that dominate the sector.
Duties will include:
* Helping residents with their daily activities like washing, dressing, eating.
* Being a caring and friendly companion to help our residents feel that Marbrook is their home.
* Supporting the Nurses to ensure residents are kept safe, clean, healthy and empowered to make their own choices.
We have full time/part time/nights/bank Support Worker positions available, £9.12 per hour
