The opportunity

Atos is developing a new Salesforce practice within the UK. This practice will expand on our current Salesforce capability to focus on UK&I opportunities, helping both existing and new customers to benefit from SaaS across most important business solutions

Atos is a top key partner for Salesforce in the UK and we need self-starting, hardworking people to help build out this capability as well as converting a number of pipeline opportunities that we have already identified.

In addition, you will be expected to support the expansion of the capability through additional external hiring of Salesforce professionals and the training and mentoring of junior Atos staff to build an internal end to end capability.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • ATOS UK&I Salesforce SPOC for Salesforce UK&I – Drive the Local Alliance to develop joint pipeline and find opportunities in the marketplace
  • ATOS UK&I Salesforce Sales Manager – Drive ATOS UK&I Salesforce Sales opportunities to closure
  • Support the Build of the Salesforce Practice in UK&I
  • Promote and market Salesforce's products and solutions to create awareness and consideration across ATOS UK&I industry sales teams
  • Work with Salesforce partner managers to identify new product sales opportunities for ATOS within ATOS & Salesforce customer bases
  • Support business development efforts that promote the creation of sales pipeline
  • Facilitate and support introductions between ATOS Client Execs and Salesforce Account Execs and support on going sales efforts from both throughout the sales cycle.
  • Voice support for ATOS & Salesforce solutions within assigned vertical sales team
  • Execute on sales strategies, account penetration and opportunity development with Verticals and Salesforce
  • Work with ATOS Salesforce Global Lead in market plans and account strategies
  • Work with ATOS Global Salesforce Lead in international resourcing opportunities

Skills we can’t do without:

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven Industry experience
  • Significant leadership and managerial experience
  • Detailed knowledge of Salesforce products and services
  • In-depth knowledge of overall Force.com ecosystem and solution components including Salesforce.com/ Salesforce1/ Force.com platform & AppExchange apps
  • As part of an agile team, experienced in end-to-end implementation of Salesforce based solutions
  • Experienced in delivery of Apex, Visualforce page, Lightning components, Integration based work packages
  • Extensive integration and data migration experience
  • Contribution in Salesforce based presales activities.
  • Contribute towards the development and growth of the practice.
  • Comprehend the Business/IT drivers and work with the Stakeholders to arrive at the Salesforce.com Rollout Strategy, be it migration, transformation or consolidation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Skills we’d like:

  • Middleware based integration experience
  • Demonstrable success in developing pipeline and converting sales to high profile UK&I organisations
  • Established relationships with Salesforce UK
  • Experience of delivering complex development programmes, at pace
  • Certifications: Salesforce App Builder, Salesforce Platform Developer 1, Salesforce Platform Developer 2
