We are looking to recruit a nursing home manager to manage a well-established private service for the elderly residential, general nursing and dementia care residents located in Taunton, South West. The nursing home is classed as medium in size and forms part of a luxury care provider with similar services across the region.
The nursing home boasts a full recent refurbishment including furniture, fixtures and fittings as well as full garden and patio re-design. The service and group are recognised for quality of care with a real home from home feel and boasts an overall good CQC report. The providers are very proud of these achievements and are now looking for an experienced manager to put their personal stamp on this beautiful service. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse qualified registered home manager or experienced deputy manager looking to step up into a management role, to work with a fantastic care provider who provide.
Ideal candidates should have the ability to manage a dedicated team of nurses and care staff and deliver on-going training and support, liaise with outside professionals and resident’s families, follow up any referrals to keep the home at its capacity and continue to provide a first class care service.
A competitive salary of £50,000.00 - £53,000.00 per annum plus benefits will be offered
