About the role

Sytner Group is currently recruiting for a Digital Broker Sales Manager to run an exciting new multi franchise online sales channel focusing on both business and personnel contract hire as in a broker environment.

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for helping manage and grow all aspects of this new channel department; you will do this by being at the core of all sales enquiries with your sales team and by developing a new online sales team. You will ensure that every opportunity is maximised in line with the groups key finance partners. You will also ensure that the customer has a clear understanding of obligations that they have entered into, doing so with integrity and above all, treating customers fairly.

This position will work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.


About you

If you are a high achieving Sales Manager/Executive/Sales Controller or Business Manager with sound financial and commercial understanding, we would love to hear from you especially if you are already operating in an online or broker environment. Full training will be provided.

Ideally, you will have an outstanding work ethic and be able to lead from the front and inspire your team to exceed their full potential whilst driving this new channel and interacting with all our other corporate divisions within group.

Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with experience in leading a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals.
