Hours: Full time/Part time/Bank
Location: Bexley and Sidcup
An opportunity has arisen for Support Workers to join our growing company in Sidcup/ Bexley on a full-time or part-time, permanent basis at £9.20 per hour.
Chiltern Support & Housing are a ground breaking specialist health and social care provider supporting individuals with a person centered approach to live and access the community around them.
We are seeking Support Workers who have experience working with adults with physical and learning difficulties as well as Autism and Challenging behaviour.

What you’ll need, to be a member of the team:
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing care to people with autism and learning difficulties
- NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care
- Great energy, positive body language, passion for care
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to report on service user’s condition, in a clear concise manner, both written and verbally.
- Good hygiene and infection control skills

This is a 24/7 service. Shifts are allocated Monday to Sunday.
Previous experience as a Support Worker is very desirable, notably in the areas of autism, mental health, learning difficulties and challenging behaviour. The job requires you to be flexible and work alternate weekends. If you are interested in joining our friendly team, please apply.
