Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk

Salary:£9 per hour

Location: Brough

A distinguished client to the West of Hull is seeking a purchase ledger clerk for a temporary contract. It is essential candidates have knowledge with all aspects of accounts payable processes, as well as good standard of IT literacy, ability to manage and prioritise workload and confidence to work accurately. An immediate start is available for suitable applicants.

THE ROLE
- Temporary assignment, Part Time: Flexible with specific days and hours
- Immediate start available
- Processes purchase ledger invoices
- Matching, batching, coding and reconciling
- Manage all accounts related queries and administration
- To ensure all company deadlines are met

THE CANDIDATE
- Must have experience with all aspects of purchase ledger
- Confidence and accuracy when processing invoices to deadlines
- Be assertive when liaising with suppliers and colleagues to solve account queries
- Strong personality, highly organised and able to manage workload
- Immediate availability
