Position: Family Engagement Manager
Location: South Yorkshire Cluster (HMP Hatfield, HMP Moorland or HMP Lindholme)
Contract type: Permanent, Part Time
Hours: 28 Hours Per Week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays)
Salary: £18,293.33 pro rata per annum (FTE £24,500 per annum)

About the role:

You’ll manage essential family services in HMP Moorland, HMP Lindholme and HMP Hatfield as part of a team, with a focus on complex family casework, play services and providing much needed support for family groupwork interventions.

About you:

To be successful in this rewarding role you will have demonstrable capacity to manage a broad service, as well as experience and understanding of working with families in a challenging multi-agency environment, ideally involving prisoners and/or their families.

You will have experience of casework with service users, and of maintaining clear, up to date records. You will also have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a demanding work load.

You will have the ability to contribute to planning and development of Pact’s family work and also have knowledge of safeguarding/child protection practice.

Furthermore you will have excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in build partnerships with a range of agencies.
