  • Support the Director of Group Connected Living Design in shaping the day-to-day delivery and forward-looking UX direction for Sky, ensuring it’s in line with wider product and brand strategies and constantly breaking new ground.
  • LinemanageUX designers, becoming the first port of call for inspiration, guidance, advice andsupport.
  • Shape the teams’ ability to improve core skills, identifying and enabling opportunities for career growth through empowerment.
  • Play a key role leading specific work streams within the Group Connected Living Design team.
  • Support the design team in shaping the day-to-day delivery and forward-looking user experience direction for our products, ensuring it’s in line with wider product and brand strategy and constantly breaking new ground.
  • Learn from and implement external best practice and thinking on how we improve the creative UX output through more efficient specialist tools, and processes.
  • Work with stakeholder groups both inside and outside the Group Connected Living Design team at product owner, and senior manager level

  What you’ll bring:

  • Extensive experience with a specific focus on UX design
  • Proven experience of UCD design principles and methodologies, with an ability to create user journeys, user flows, sitemaps, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
  • Solid understanding of UCD, human interface guidelines, standards, and best practices as they apply to various platforms and devices.
  • Strong background in gathering business requirements and translating sometimes contending business objectives into designs which meet customer needs.
  • Experience in running collaboration sessions via discovery workshops, helping drive alignment and innovation through experiences we deliver.
  • Proficient with the latest tools and software such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, or Adobe creative suite.
  • Experience designing for TV or Mobile
