Part time Customer Service Co-ordinator Bramley
Fantastic opportunity to join a leading Healthcare practice in Bramley, working as part of their front of house team as a Customer Service Co-ordinator.
As Customer Service Co-ordinator, your role will be to deliver outstanding service through all touch points of the customer journey. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and maximising a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
Asking relevant questions so you can assess make decisions on the next course of action
Responding to client queries
Managing data and updating information
Complying with company policies and procedures
As their customer ambassador, help build loyalty from customer interactions with staff members by promoting and encouraging best practice
Managing call quality compliance within the team
Face to face service when customers visit the practice
