We are currently looking for an Asset Administrator who will fit right in and add value to our Asset Management team. We're bold, ambitious and proud to admit it and there's no better time to join Beyond Housing. You will be responsible for the effective and efficient administration that will underpin the Asset Management team. You'll work in areas such as service charges, leasehold management, component renewals and administering the tenant alteration process.

You will need to be organised, have the ability to prioritise your workload to meet the varying demands of the team, and work with an element of flexibility as we work towards creating one asset management service across our whole operating area.

Our Asset Management team delivers compliance, investment and asset strategy functions across the business, through a surveying programme, successful programme management, compliance oversight, facilities management and asset services such as service charges and leasehold management.

Due to COVID-19, many Beyond Housing colleagues are staying safe and working from home if their role allows for it - as an Asset Administrator you will also have the opportunity to do this. Once it is safe for colleagues to return to the office you will still have the flexibility to work from both the office and/or home as we support 'agile' working. We understand how important your work environment is when joining a new company, so we will work with you to ensure your work setting is suitable for you.
