My client, an established professional body based in South West London, are looking for a E-Learning Designer to join their Training Team on a 6 month part-time basis, working 3 days per week. You will knowledge of Articulate 360 (essential) and have experience of developing digital learning solutions. This is an exciting time to join a growing team within a successful organisation.

The Role

Create engaging learning material and resources.
Create learning experiences that focus on the needs of the learner.
Edit andproofread material and ensure that material has suitable copyright clearance and attribution.
Design learner centric course materials using the appropriate software applications.
Work with third party suppliers to develop course materials and deliver them e.g. audio and video, illustrators etc.
Support colleagues to develop engaging material for face-to-face and online delivery.
Gather data to enable improvements in course material and delivery.

The Person

Working within a training or professional services environment.
Designing and creating digital courses for desktop and mobile devices.
Working with subject matter experts, writers and other contributors in the course development process.
Administering LXPs and LMSs. This includes setting up courses, uploading material and gathering data.
Create learning materials using a range of authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise 360, and Moodle applications.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite including Premiere Pro, Audition, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Editing HTML content
Writing, copy-editing and proofing.
