Salary: up to GBP13 per hour/ 11,492 PTE per annum (depending on experience and qualification level)

Part-time: 17 hours per week; 3 days a week: Monday (7.5 hours), Tuesday (7.5 hours) and Thursday (2 hours)

Contract: fixed term for 6 months initially

Camphill Milton Keynes Communities is a charity providing unique person-centred support, based on a modern view of the Camphill movement, for adults with learning disabilities and autism. We support our service users in all aspects of their daily lives and believe that each person should be valued for their contribution to the community.

About the role:

We are looking to recruit a part-time Drama Workshop Coordinator for our Drama Workshop for adults with learning disabilities with a passion for drama and art performance.

You will lead the drama workshop team by planning, promoting and supporting a variety of performing art projects and opportunities.

You will play a key role in enabling people to achieve their goals and aspirations through creative and therapeutic activities, lifelong learning and person-centred support planning.

Ideally you will have previous experience in coaching or teaching drama and working with people with a range of abilities. Good all-round performing arts skills and the ability to share creative skills and knowledge is essential.
