We are working with an excellent company based on the Hellaby Industrial estate in Rotherham. Our client is eager to appoint a Purchase Ledger clerk/administrator available for immediate work. The business is growing and offers a welcoming vibe along with warm and friendly offices. Day to day we are looking for someone to be able to perform the following tasks;

Invoice coding & checking so good numeracy skills are essential

Check & reconcile Supplier statements

Answering calls and directing accordingly within the business.

Filing and scanning duties

Downloading files and saving into a secure save system

Prepare & send out quotes

Post duties

Laminating documents and maps

Meet and greet of visitors on to the site

Additional support to the Finance Director

This is a great opportunity for someone to secure an immediate role. Initially the opportunity will be temporary - but it will lead to a permanent position extremely quickly for the right candidate. Our client wants someone with a strong telephone & reception persona - who is able to fulfil the above duties - along with demonstrating a professional approach at all times.

Hours of work - Monday - Thursday 9.30am - 4.00pm, Friday's 9.30am - 2.30pm. Hourly rate GBP9.30ph
