" As Senior Performance Analyst, you will work within the Digital Service Group, providing detailed insights on customer behaviour for a range of online and offline channels. Reporting into the Senior Performance Manager and working alongside stakeholders of all levels, you will pioneer the use of data in driving forward strategic initiatives and making informed data-driven decisions."- Senior Performance Manager

What you'll do:

  • Mine data from a range of channels including: sky.com, MySky app, Sky Community forum and contact centres
  • Use Google BigQuery and SQL to manipulate complex data, translating insights into clear and compelling data visualisations to be shared with the business
  • Work closely with Product Owners and their squads to align insights to their focus areas and roadmaps, proactively highlighting shifts in business performance or trends that they should react to
  • Have a positive and hands-on attitude towards helping stakeholders make optimisation, delivery and strategy decisions through deep-dive insights and analysis
  • Spearhead the use of data-driven personalisation across our digital service channels, with a view of improving customer experience
  • Be an inspiring member of the wider Performance team, playing a pivotal role in supporting junior analysts, delivering our insights strategy, and supporting core business initiatives

What you'll bring:

  • Strong SQL skills with experience of mining and combining large datasets
  • Proven data visualisation skills, with experience of telling stories and developing a narrative from data
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, BigQuery, Tableau, R and/or Python would be advantageous
  • A natural ability to work collaboratively, with confident and inspiring leadership qualities
  • Strong collaborator and communicator with adaptable presentation skills, depending on audience
  • A proactive and curious approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think out-of-the-box or challenge the status quo

Leeds:Our spacious tech hub is under a mile away from Leeds train station, with free water taxis available from Granary Wharf. There's also plenty of parking in the surrounding streets and at the nearby CitiPark.
