Short Description

As the complexity of the Discovery ecosystem increases so do the creative needs. The focus on SVOD sees the scope and volume of primary assets increase and crucially iterate over time due to increased performance tracking.  Because of this, we need to create a workflow which is both streamlined and agile which not only has full creative oversight but works seamlessly with the marketing and planning stakeholders.

Reporting to the Post Production Manager, the Edit Assistant role will be focused on operational and technical support to the Creative Digital and On Air teams ensuring that all marketing assets across Discovery+ and our channel brands are delivered correctly and efficiently.

With a focus on fast turnaround asset creation and working closely with both the internal creative team and the marketing team this is a great opportunity for someone to build on their post-production and editing experience within a broadcast production environment.
