Administrator Specialist for Tech Start Up - Part Time

We’re an online marketplace looking, looking for a capable and talented individual with strong all round administrative experience to provide support across a start-up business, and one other business which is in a slightly different field. This will be a varied position with a broad range of tasks involved including but not limited to some of the following: 

• Uploading and updating products on the site. 
• Optimising the SEO of what is listed on the platform. 
• Merchandising the products on the site. 
• Improving the photos presented. 
• Document formatting. 
• Writing and improving the copy and text of what is listed. 
• Database and electronic file management. 
• Ad-hoc research. 

We require someone who has a solid range of transferable experience and who possesses a can-do attitude. This person will have the flexibility to work from home and as a result, must have the relevant tools to get set up and running! Strong attention to detail and the ability to write clearly and concisely in English is a must. 

Full training will be provided for some of the more specific aspects of this role, but we will be looking for someone who possesses experience using Microsoft Office and SharePoint as a minimum. If you are not a person for embracing IT / Technology and a subsequent willingness to learn, then this role will unlikely be a match. 

We’re looking for someone who can commit to this role with a medium to long-term career view and can work circa 30+ hours per week. There is some flexibility as to when the hours can be completed as some of the work is not time sensitive. You will be part of the core team and be involved in the evolution of the business as it grows market share. Full details of this exciting business will be disclosed on application.
