Job Details

Returning to work after time away can be challenging. That’s why we have our 16-week long Returners Programme which is designed to support you through every step of re-entry into work. There is opportunity to gain full-time employment at the end of the programme. This year we have returner opportunities in Group Transformation, Finance and Commercial Banking roles. 

  • Start date: late September
  • Virtual assessment: June and July

Since our award-winning programme was launched 7 years ago, we’ve hired over 90 talented professionals into leadership roles.
