Founded in 2016, Forme is an executive search firm working exclusively on C-level roles that drive revenue for high-growth businesses. Forme works with founders, investors and non-executives to find the commercial leaders who will play a pivotal role in driving the business forward.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to start or further their career in Executive Search. You will work closely with our Lead Associate and Head of Network who will act as a sounding board for you as well as strong support with research.

What you will do:

• Mapping the candidate market

• Tracking venture and private equity funds and investment

• Analysing the data to find the best candidates with relevant experience

• Using LinkedIn, CRMs and other collateral to build out good candidate lists

• Short-listing with Managing Partner and Associates

• Liaising between client and candidate

• Supporting the co-ordination of calls and interviews via multiple channels

What you will need:

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Excellent planning, time management and organisation skills

• First rate communication and interpersonal skills

• Exemplary ability to foster strong and long-lasting relationships

• Track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment

• A robust personality driven by knowledge and personal development

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience

• Proficiency in English is mandatory, other languages are a plus

• Previous recruitment or sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory. The level of experience may vary, but what matters is your curiosity, drive and ambition
