Supporter Care Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Supporter Care Manager to ensure all supporter contact is focused, efficient and meets all agreed service levels and targets.

Position: Supporter Care Manager

Location: Swindon (M4 corridor)

Hours: Full time

Salary: Up to £26,000 pa plus competitive benefits package

The Role

Within this role, you will be managing the work priorities and staff within the Supporter Care team on a daily basis ensuring all supporter contact is focused, efficient and meets all agreed service levels and targets.

You will:

 

  • Work across departments to ensure all project targets are achieved and ensure internal service levels are met
  • Lead on projects which affect the department, ensuring the team are fully trained
  • Liaise and work cross-departmentally with managers and staff to implement processes and systems development
  • Ensure that all process and developments are tested and recorded prior to implementation

 

About You

As Supporter Care Manager you will an eye for detail with the tenacity required to ensure every process works smoothly. You will have previous experience in a front-facing customer service role with an excellent telephone manner.

You will have experience of:

 

  • People management with the ability to inspire excellent customer service
  • Effective workload management across a team and in the development of its members
  • Using a CRM database
