Main duties:
* To work with the recruitment team to support with the delivery of targets
* To actively promote OH recruitment, OS Recruitment, and Safety-First Aid Group in the best possible light
* To always act with honesty and integrity
Responsibilities:
* Working with the recruitment team to manage general administration and support the Recruitment Consultants
* Answering phones, updating clients and candidates
* Manage compliance in accordance with recruitment polices and guidelines, ensuring manual and electronic files up to date
* Build and develop relationships with clients and Candidate
* Offer the client alternative solutions to their recruitment issues, for example, different grades of qualification, job descriptions, skill mix, salary guidelines with support from Recruitment Consultants
* To take detailed job requirements from clients/candidates, being sympathetic to their needs, identifying and understanding their requirements, inform and support Recruitment consultants to find solutions
* Assist with advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media resources (e.g. Newspapers, websites)
* To search, identify, source and vet and clear suitable candidates for client vacancies
* Manage candidates through the recruitment process, briefing the candidate on their responsibilities, salary, benefits of the vacancy and company culture. Prepare suitable candidate CV's and related correspondence for clients, scheduling interviews and providing candidate interview feedback, negotiating pay/salary rates and finalising placement arrangements between clients and candidates

* Exemplary telephone manner when answering candidate or client queries
* Accurate recording of all information from the clients
* Communication within the team and promotion of other Recruitment Consultants jobs nationwide
* Accurate recording of the candidate's skills and requirements
* Tact and diplomacy when dealing with complicated/complex clients and candidates
* The ability to multi-task and prioritise work on a day-to-day basis and plan week/month to achieve KPI's/ targets
* Maintain contact with client and candidates for specific placements as delegated
* Understand and fully utilise company IT technology and systems
WORKING HOURS
3 days per week (flexible)
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPIREINCE
* Excellent administrative, organizational and time - management skills
* Strong IT skills, Intermediate to Advance Excel skills
* Articulate, confident/assertive, good telephone manner, self-motivated
* Well presented with a professional manner, good level of education, team player
* Desire to learn and progress, keen and enthusiastic with an excellent sense of humour
* Recruitment admin experience
