An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Administrator to join the Direct Maintenance Scheduling team. This role reports to an Operations Support Team Leader and works closely with the Work Planning and regional maintenance teams. With links across the business area and across L&Q. You will be responsible for the back-office administration supporting the Direct Maintenance service delivery in this essential support function. 

This is an opportunity to work alongside a highly motivated team in a fast paced role delivering professional and great customer service on a daily basis. Approaching tasks with energy and determination to get a positive outcome for our residents.
You will be part of a sizeable team, and will contribute actively to a positive working environment, following organisational values (People, Impact, Inclusion, Passion and Responsibility) and Behavioural framework.

You will ideally have a good knowledge of Direct Maintenance & Repairs and will have worked within a supportive administration and scheduling function within a social housing role.

The team work on a rota basis Monday to Friday with occasional saturday where required. Early shifts start at 7:30am and the latest finish time is 6pm

You will use a variety of systems to organise, plan and process data, providing relevant and current information for the Team. Accurate data entry and reporting will also be crucial to the role. Experience using Arena and DRS is essential to be considered for the role at this time.

To be successful in this role candidates will:

·       Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written

·       Good knowledge of Microsoft packages plus in-house maintenance systems such as Arena, DRS and D365

·       Organisation and prioritisation skills

·       Strong administration skills

·       Knowledge and experience within a similar role

·       Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service  

·       Be able to work independently and strive to deliver the service, bring ideas and efficiencies to the tasks
