My client is an alcohol-free Cafe Bar & Restaurant brand new to Leicester who is looking for experienced staff to join them on a full and part time basis.
This is a great opportunity to become a part of their huge success since opening in Leicester last month.
The Ideal Barista:
Maintains a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard
Making all beverages to an exceptional standard
Strong listening skills and attention to detail
Building rapport with customers
Communicates important information to Manager so the team can respond as necessary.
Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a 'customer comes first' attitude
Discovers and responds to customer needs.
Following operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety
Maintains a clean and organised workspace so that colleagues can locate resources and product as needed.
Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
