Position Overview

The PCS Group Ltd are a multi-discipline facilities company offering Cleaning, Security, and other Soft Services.

To ensure that the client onboarding experience is as efficient as possible, and that the business is compliant with all their responsibilities, there are various requirements to assess service requirements.  Inclusive of this is a site visit to potential client locations.

We are offering an exciting opportunity in a newly developed position. Your primary role will be involved with site visits, on fixed appointments, to determine the client’s requirements for delivery of services.  You will be required to gather PR determined information based on what you see and what you are told by the potential client. You will receive full training which will allow you to comfortably negotiate the ins and outs of the role, and you will very quickly develop an understanding of the facilities business.

The position is best suited to someone who is self-motivated and well organised, has a keen eye for detail, and is confident in telephone and face-to-face communication.  It is essential that you also be a confident driver and are happy to spend time travelling around **London and Home Counties** to visit sites. This post does not require someone with previous knowledge of Facilities Management as training will cover everything. This is a chance to come into a newly created role and really make it your own.

Day to day activities will include:

Facilities Management Surveys:

  • Building your diary to accommodate the planned visits
  • Liaising with our sales executives to learn what to expect at each visit.
  • Completing the survey document for each site visited
  • Providing ad-hoc support to the management team with arranging client meetings.

Experience/qualifications required:

  • Clean driving licence
  • Good organisation skills
  • Good internal and external communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work on an ad hoc basis with a guaranteed minimum of the equivalent of 20 hours per week.

Salary             up £28,000 per annum

(FTE)              Mileage allowance for own vehicle or vehicle supplied.
