About the role

The Sytner Group has a fantastic opportunity available for an Accounts Assistant to join their Head Office accounts team.

As a Sytner Accounts Assistant, you will support the day to day functions of the accounts department primarily operating within the purchase ledger. The role with involve:

- inputting of supplier invoices into the DMS
- supplier statement reconciliations
- maintenance of supplier standing data
- liaising with suppliers to resolve queries

You will also assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team in other ad-hoc duties where required.


About You

Previous experience and a good working knowledge of accounting routines is essential. Knowledge of the CDK/Kerridge Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office would be advantageous. The role would ideally suit a candidate who is currently studying towards an AAT qualification or equivalent.

Ideally, you will be enthusiastic, well organised, diligent, and able to work to strict deadlines whilst paying attention to detail and working both as an individual and as part of a small team.
