A luxury car dealership, based in West London, is seeking an experienced part time receptionist to start asap. The days you must be available are Wednesday and Thursday 10am-4pm and Saturday 8am-5pm. You need to have excellent customer facing skills and experience, have a confident and helpful telephone manner, be friendly, warm and welcoming, and have the ability to multi task and work in a busy environment.

The main duties will include:

Managing a busy switchboard

Answering calls and taking messages

Transferring calls

Meeting and greeting customers at reception

Data input

Ensuring reception area is clean and tidy at all times
