Members – or savers – are a key customer group.
Nest has been set up to deliver its service solely in their interest. The Member Experience team looks after this core customer group from the perspective of proposition, communications, and service experience working closely with other areas within the Nest Experience directorate and Nest.
The directorate also looks after the Future Service Implementation Programme, that aims to deliver a new service for our customers, alongside our new scheme administrator.
Your new role
As Marketing Executive you’ll have a key focus on supporting and delivering propositional and communications initiatives, both in the current service and for the Future Service Implementation Programme (FSIP).
You’ll develop new and existing member content across all media channels, working with third parties and in-house functions to deliver content updates and promotional plans.
You’ll work on integration launch plans and optimise digital contents, campaigns and videos to ensure member strategies are met.
You’ll provide insights to the FSIP design process and will act as intermediary between Member Experience and FSIP.
You’ll report to the Senior Proposition Marketing Manager.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll have extensive experience working on campaigns and customer engagement initiatives with an understanding of using insight to improve engagement.
You’ll have good project management techniques and solid analytical skills to create marketing metrics and reports.
You’ll have previously worked on content development and have the ability to create and implement, multi-channel communication plans, with minimal support.
As you’ll be working with a variety of stakeholders and colleagues, you’ll be a great communicator with great stakeholder management skills.

This is an FTC role until June 2023 - Base salary around GBP 35,000 plus Benefits.
