- Good knowledge and experience of multi-platform production techniques and editing practices.
- Ability to create high-quality content.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, react quickly and meet tight deadlines in all live environments.
- Experience of self-shooting, desk-top editing, and digital content publishing.
- Experience of basic OB & replay coordinating.
- Ability to work on all aspects of clips.
- Ability to produce multi-camera ENG/basic studio shoots with Talent.
- Ability to produce Tier 1/ECR productions.
- A broad, wide ranging knowledge and passion for Women's Super League and all Football.
- Good knowledge and experience of multi-platform production techniques and editing practices.
- Experience of working in live environments; ECR, Galleries and Outside Broadcasts
- Strong English Language and written skills.
- Good editorial and creative judgement.
- Candidates need passion, stamina, enthusiasm, creativity, and determination. You should be self-motivated and adaptable - and demonstrate strong people skills.
