Temporary Admin Assistant - Part Time
An exciting part time, temporary admin opportunity has arisen for one of our large Haywards Heath clients. This is a great role which would suit an organised and professional individual.
The role will involve maintaining administrative and technical support to a contracts team along with ensuring all advice and information given to their customers is correct and for all department enquires dealt with quickly and effectively. Day to day duties vary within the office but you will be a key member of the admin team.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Previous experience in an administrative environment
- A flexible approach with the ability to cope with a changing environment and priorities is a must.
- A Good communicator who considers their audience and can work efficiently as part of a team and alone.
- An enthusiastic attitude
- Experience of Microsoft office systems, including Word and Excel
- Flexible working
- Weekly Pay
- Parking on site
