What you'll do:

- Define and continually evaluate annual and in-year digital media measurement and testing agendas across TV, Content, Broadband and Mobile. Support research, testing and expansion to new formats, tactics and targeting to diversify and refine our media strategy and showcase the power of innovation
- Aggregate and distil media performance insight from disparate sources into measurable and effective recommendations, cascade results and implications across the business. Inputs including but not limited to: A/B Testing (Test & Learn), Digital Attribution, Audience Reach, Sales/Churn Econometrics and Brand Health modelling
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Digital, Consumer Engagement, Consumer Strategy, Sky Media teams and external agency partners to ensure robust measurement frameworks and strategies are established, governed and completed for continuous improvement against short-term and long-term business goals
- Support a step change in our measurement of media performance, with a focus on digital media channels, optimise media planning based on results
- Drive the agenda for media effectiveness by any means across sales and marketing, support in delivering media thought leadership and innovation


What you'll do:

- In depth knowledge of the working of digital media channels and media owners, as well as digital media measurement
- Experience with statistical analysis, including but not limited to experimental design and/or advertising research
- Ability to work with and distil multiple and disparate insights and data sources into compelling meaningful recommendations
- Excellent communicator both in written and oral forms, with ability to deliver insights to senior partners
- Ability to build trust with partners and be seen as a subject matter expect
