Your new team:

The Nest Investment directorate is responsible for investing members’ contributions in order to grow their retirement pots over the long-term.

From December 2019, it was seconded into Nest Invest Ltd (NI), the investment subsidiary of Nest Corporation. Nest Invest is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

  Your new role:

You’ll provide operational and strategic support to senior management and contribute to the wider business support community at Nest.

You’ll be responsible for diary and inbox management for CIO and other senior managers in the team whilst providing support to the wider team when necessary.

You’ll coordinate meetings, taking minutes and actioning work across the team.

The role will also require managing P2P and working within the culture team at times.

You’ll report to the Chief Investment Officer.

What you’ll need to succeed:

You’ll have some good examples on how you’ve performed effective organisational and time management skills previously.

You’ll be an exceptional communicator, confident in developing internal networks and liaising with senior managers.

You’ll have proven experience in taking minutes, ensuring actions are executed with an ability to anticipate tasks and work independently.

Some experience of managing budgets and project plans would be an advantage.
